Platinum Plan

  • 25 Annual Inspections — Includes trucks and/or trailers (meets FMCSA annual inspection requirements)
  • Assist company management and/or office staff with set up and maintenance of required records under FMCSA rules/regulations
  • Coordinate and support drug and alcohol driver compliance
  • Monitor medical cards and drivers’ licenses of employees as required by FMCSA
  • 10 background investigations on employees/drivers annually
  • CDL/ELD random compliance checks
  • Review driver vehicle inspection reports and monitor necessary repairs
  • Through Data Q assist with removal of unfounded violations (which impact CSA scores)
  • Update and monitor DOT registration (MCS 150)
  • Monitor CSA score and review FMCSA safety protocols
  • Review permit needs as required
  • Assist with accident investigations and analysis
  • Review accident reports and determine best course of action
  • Serve as expert witness /Assist with attorney
  • Represent client during audits
  • Provide annual mock audit
  • Conduct quarterly (4x/year) safety meetings (on-site or at office) for management and driver education
  • Conduct periodic inspections (12x/year) on-site with analysis given to management
  • Provide defensive driver program- non CDL drivers
  • Provide access during extended office hours to answer questions on fleet safety and compliance

Why select Platinum over Gold?

The Platinum Package offers 10 additional annual inspections, CDL/ELD Random Compliance Checks (not included on any other plan), Mock Audit (not included on any other plan). Additionally this plan includes 1 additional safety meeting, 6 additional periodic inspections and 5 additional background checks.

Gold Plan

  • 15 Annual Inspections — Includes truck or trailer (meets requirements for FMCSA annual inspections)
  • Assist company management and/or office staff with set up and maintenance of required records under FMCSA rules/regulations

Why select Gold over Silver?

The Gold Package offers 7 additional annual inspections and coordination of drug/alcohol driver compliance. This plan also features many items not included in the Silver and Bronze packages. Those services include 5 background checks, review permits as needed, assistance with accident investigations, review accident reports, expert witness services and representation for clients during audits. This plan also includes 1 additional safety meeting, 7 periodic inspections and a defensive driver program (not included with Silver or Bronze).

Silver Plan

  • 8 Annual Inspections — Includes truck or trailer (meets requirements for FMCSA annual inspections)
  • Review driver vehicle inspection reports and monitor necessary repairs
  • Through Data Q assist with removal of unfounded violations (which impact CSA scores)
  • Monitor and update DOT registration (MCS 150)
  • Monitor CSA score and review FMCSA safety protocols
  • Monitor medical cards and drivers’ licenses as required by FMCSA

The Silver Package offers 5 additional annual inspections and 1 additional safety meeting annually. If additional annual inspections are warranted, you will save on an hourly rate by selecting the silver package with these inspections already included.


Bronze Plan
